Alice Manor Adult Day Care in Baltimore

Alice Manor Adult Medical Day Care provides respite for caregivers and provides participants a place for socialization, rehabilitation, meaningful activities and a sense of community. We operate two programs designed to meet the needs of our participants.

The center’s team includes a Program Director, Registered Nurse, Activity Coordinator, Social Worker, Program Assistants and Drivers. We offer rehabilitative therapy as well as podiatry, psychiatry and laboratory services on-site. The center serves breakfast, a hot lunch and a snack every day. A Registered Dietician is available for those requiring a special diet.

Adult Medical Day Care

Adult Medical Day Care is for adults 17 and older who require assistance with medications or injections, wound care, tube feeding or monitoring of other medical needs. We also provide assistance with activities of daily living including toileting and feeding.

Senior Center Plus

Senior Center Plus is a program for those 50 years and older who need minimal assistance with activities of daily living and possibly need supervision during the day.

Do you accept people with dementia?

Yes, we provide supervision and assistance to folks with cognitive impairment. Our daily program includes therapeutic activities to stimulate the mind and body.

How much does it cost to attend?

Adult Medical Day Care is $117.00 a day and the Senior Center Plus program is $68.00 a day. Transportation and meals are included in the fee.

Does Medicare cover the cost?

No. However, our services can be funded by a variety of methods including Medicaid, which covers the full cost of our services. Senior Center Plus Funding is another option. Some long-term care policies also provide for medical day care.
